| Thallus pale olive-green, smooth and glossy. Ascomata inconspicuous, immersed, initially slit-like, finally opening to expose a pale fawn epihymenium with concolorous margins, straight or curved, rarely branched, 0.5–1.5 mm long, 0.1–0.2 mm wide; epihymenium epruinose. Proper exciple not carbonised, complete, pale orange-brown. Hymenium 120–150 µm thick. Ascospores submuriform, 4–6 × 2-locular, 12–16 × 5–7 µm, I–. CHEMISTRY: No lichen compounds detected. |
